Participants will learn about the history and culture related to Hong Kong pearls. You will also learn the basics of pearl cultivation and sustainable development. Lastly, you will create your own pearl accessory out of the pearl that you harvested at the site. IN THIS TOUR, YOU WILL - Learn about Hong Kong pearl history, culture, economics, marine conservation and sustainable development - Watch a simple demonstration of pearl cultivation - Harvest your own pearl - Create your own pearl accessory THE PRICE INCLUDES - Round trip boat ride between the pearl farm and the pier - One Hong Kong pearl - One set of pearl accessory LANGUAGE: English SPECIAL WEATHER ARRANGEMENT In case there is an unstable weather pattern, please refer to the webpage below for guidance.
